The Erie Society has proposed a plan for inviting Pendleton to hold Sunday worship in Erie four times per year. The matter was discussed by the Pittsburgh Church Committee, and it was not considered very favorably. The Committee would like to know if the Pittsburgh Society will be expected to cover the cost of securing a substitute in Pendleton’s absence, or if the General Church would take on this responsibility....
